We don't store any of our chats at The Confident Clinician. We encourage our users to avoid using patient specific data when asking questions, but we do not store any of your chats, nor are they viewable to any other users.
Of course. Cancellations can be made with one click from your account dashboard. Billing will not occur, and access will be revoked on the day your subscription lapses. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after your subscription has been renewed.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan before your next billing cycle on your membership dashboard. If you choose to upgrade during your monthly billing cycle, you will be offered a prorated total. If you need to downgrade your account, you will be dropped to the monthly payment option and basic tier after completing your annual subscription.
Our premium members have access to advanced training courses as part of their membership and can obtain certificates of completion for many of our medical topics. Naturopathic Doctors can submit a variety of courses for AANP certified credits, CONO or CCHPBC credits. Many of our members report their work and reading time as part of their self-directed or self-study credits. It is up to each practitioner to comply with the regulations of their state or province. If you need help deciding on your membership based on continuing education credits, email us at sales@theconfidentclinicianclub.com with your questions.
Patient handouts, presentation resources and other materials can be downloaded from a premium membership dashboard. Chat outputs and marketing materials can be copied into your EMR or other resources. Our video content cannot be downloaded.
When your membership is cancelled, you will retain access until your membership term is over. When your term is over, you will lose access to The Confident Clinician dashboard and all of the resources related to your membership. It's important to download your CE certificates before losing access to your account. We do not maintain records of your completed CE credits.
